At Gold Coast Clear Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Gold Coast Clear Carts, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition you received it.
- The product packaging must be intact, and any seals must be unbroken.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Opened or used products (including THC carts that have been used or tampered with).
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at sales@goldcoastclearshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Authorization: Provide your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product (if necessary). We will send you return instructions and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if your return is approved.
- Ship the Product Back: Once you have received the RMA, carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation, and return it to us within 7 days.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued in the following manner:
- Full refund: If the product is returned unused and unopened within the return window.
- Partial refund: If the product is opened or used but returned in a reasonable condition.
Note: If your return does not meet our return eligibility requirements, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. The item may be returned to you at your expense or may be disposed of.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a full refund. Please provide photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact our customer support team promptly if you wish to cancel your order.
